At our Service Centre we can service any make or model, but our expertise is with German prestige brands like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW and Porsche. And now, with our appointment as a main MG dealer, we can service and repair MG and Rover cars.

We use the finest Mobil oil for our servicing; it features anti-wear technology that provides performance beyond conventional engine oils. In our opinion it´s the best oil money can buy, it works harder to protect your engine and ensure its smooth running.

In order to give you value for money we use replacement parts of the same quality as the original, or genuine parts on request. We will always use genuine parts if your vehicle is under manufacturer´s warranty and all our parts come with a twelve months guarantee. And finally we will wash and vacuum your car free of charge after every service.

All vehicles that are three years old or more, require a valid MOT certificate by law. An MOT ensures the vehicle is roadworthy by meeting safety and environment standards in accordance to The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA).

Here at our Service Centre we are an appointed MOT Test Station and have a designated MOT Tester as licensed by The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA).

It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is examined every 12 months. Without an MOT certificate, you will be unable to renew your road tax and your car may not be insured.You can have your vehicle MOT tested up to 28 days in advance of its due date. If you are already a customer we will call you to remind you in advance, eliminating the need for you to search through paperwork.

Our MOT´s are £49.00 instead of the standard £54.00 and we provide you with a FREE re-test should your vehicle fail on any points.

Many vehicle owners are still under the impression that if you own a brand such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW and so on, you have to ensure all work is carried out by its main dealer to ensure your warranty is protected.

This is no longer the case as a recent ´Block Exemption´ ruling by the European parliament means you can now use an independent garage such as Specialist Vehicles to carry out car services without affecting your car´s manufacturer warranty. The EU ruling applies if the car is serviced according to manufacturer´s specifications i.e. genuine parts are used.

More and more manufacturers are producing innovative and intelligent vehicle functions such as road sign recognition, rain activated wipers, tyre pressure sensors, engine servicing reminders and all of these functions are computerised. When something in your car malfunctions, your car´s computer will store a "fault code" in its memory that gives details on the problem. These codes can tell everything about a car, from a malfunctioning sensor to a misfiring engine.

We have invested in the latest diagnostics equipment for BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche, Mercedes, MG and Rover allowing us to more accurately identify any problems, ultimately saving you time and money.

We understand that sometimes you would rather wait whilst your vehicle is being repaired, serviced or MOT´d so we provide a warm and comfortable area for you to do this in. You can take advantage of complimentary refreshments, use our WIFI, read magazines or watch TV.

If you don´t have the time to wait we can provide you with a courtesy car or we provide a local collection and delivery service*. Once your car is ready we will call you or send a text.
